Employee Fiduciary is fully compliant with the Department of Labor’s fee disclosure requirements for our small business 401(k) plans. Any and all fees are direct and 100 percent transparent. We do not accept indirect funding through revenue sharing, except to reduce our direct fees as directed by the plan trustee, and have no related party fee sharing.
