Employee Fiduciary, LLC — SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to these SMS Terms & Conditions at the point of setup in the Employee Fiduciary portal (hereinafter, the “Employee Fiduciary Portal” or the “Portal”), you consent to receive text messages related to your account. The Portal is operated by Employee Fiduciary, LLC for itself, its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (hereinafter, together, “Employee Fiduciary”). These messages are strictly informational and transactional in nature. No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages will be sent under this consent.
Types of Messages
Messages you may receive include, but are not limited to: two-factor authentication (2FA) verification codes, service updates and communications related to your retirement plan and/or account, and other informational messages and communications pertaining to your Employee Fiduciary Portal account and relationship with Employee Fiduciary. Message content will always be directly related to your account or use of the Portal. The presently employed sender number name is +1 (251) 255-8086 and sender number type is Local and while this may change, Employee Fiduciary will use the same sender name and type across all messages at a given point in time.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Verification codes are sent only in direct response to user-initiated actions such as signing in or updating security settings. Other informational messages are sent as relevant to your account or services, such as billing notifications, service updates, or system alerts. All messages will be informational in nature and directly related to your Employee Fiduciary Portal account or the services associated with it.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data fees will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Employee Fiduciary is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.
Opt-In
You opt in to SMS messages by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to these SMS Terms & Conditions at the point of setup in the Employee Fiduciary Portal. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Employee Fiduciary. You may use the Portal without opting in to SMS messages.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END and all standard variants to any message received from Employee Fiduciary or by updating your communication preferences in your Portal account settings. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Employee Fiduciary does not guarantee SMS delivery on all carrier networks.
Privacy
Your mobile phone number will be used solely for the informational and transactional purposes described above. Your phone number and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is shared only with our SMS service provider to enable message delivery. Phone numbers are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes herein. Eligibility
SMS services are available to authorized users of the Employee Fiduciary Portal who have a mobile device capable of receiving SMS messages within the United States.
Consent Not Required for Service
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of using the Employee Fiduciary Portal or purchasing any products or services. Alternative methods of authentication and account communication are available.
Liability
Employee Fiduciary is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or circumstances beyond our control. SMS delivery is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as the sole method of receiving time-sensitive account or security information.
Changes to Terms
Employee Fiduciary reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL and continued use of SMS services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
