Greg Carpenter, Founder
Greg Carpenter founded Employee Fiduciary in 2004. With 29 years of experience in accounting and finance, Greg has brought his expertise to a variety of advisory, senior and executive management roles. Greg has worked for a national accounting firm, a Fortune 500 plan sponsor, a major brokerage firm, and he served as the CEO of a major 401k TPA firm. He is a CPA and earned his BA from Yale and his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Eric Droblyen, President and CEO
Eric Droblyen began his career as an ERISA compliance specialist with Charles Schwab in the mid-1990s. His keen grasp on 401k plan administration and compliance matters has made Eric a sought after speaker. He has delivered presentations at a number of events, including the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) Annual Conference.
As President and CEO of Employee Fiduciary, Eric is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and service delivery. He has earned Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) credentials from ASPPA and a BS degree in accounting from the University of Akron.
Holly Roussel-Godfrey, Vice President – Marketing & Sales
Holly Roussel-Godfrey joined the Employee Benefits industry in 2005 as head of marketing and sales for ftwilliam.com, a plan document and government forms software provider. Holly was responsible for developing successful marketing and sales strategies for each of the company’s software modules. Because of her passion for customer service, Holly was selected to develop a highly effective training program for Third Party Administrators and Advisors after the company was acquired by Wolters Kluwer in 2009.
As Vice President – Marketing & Sales for Employee Fiduciary, Holly is responsible for the sales team as well as all marketing initiatives for the company, including inbound marketing and social media. Holly earned her BS degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Our Plan Administrators are your single point of contact for information about your retirement plan.Plan administrators answer your questions and keep you up to date on matters affecting your plan.
The Employee Fiduciary operations group processes the trade requests made by your firm and plan participants. Each month, they accurately process approximately $17 million in plan contributions and complete more than 500 participant distributions.
Our compliance specialists complete the annual testing and government reporting necessary to keep your plan in compliance with the latest regulatory requirements. They also prepare and amend the legal plan document which governs the operation of your plan.
Our Business Development group builds relationships with current and prospective clients alike. They understand the challenges small business owner/operators face when considering the type of retirement plan to offer their employees and can help you choose the right plan for your needs.
